Meet the Team
WORDZ is essentially a small team of communications professionals. The company itself is run by two partners.
Kevin is a versatile professional communicator – editorial consultant, corporate storyteller, journalist and copywriter – with twelve years experience of corporate communications, seven of them at an agency. His UK career track includes work for the BBC World Service, Channel 4 and international NGOs. He has worked as content provider and communications consultant for most of Norway’s global companies, including Yara, Telenor, Norske Skog, Orkla, PGS and SN Power.
Kevin's assignments have involved everything from web/print/film content and creative copy, through branding and core values processes, annual/ environmental and CSR reporting, to designing and editing corporate magazines. He is currently studying to become an executive coach.

Ida Wadel (individual and team coach, course tutor) 
Ida is an experienced Gestalt therapist, a graduate of the Norsk Gestaltinstitutt and leader of the Norwegian Gestalt association. She has many years of managerial experience, and coaches individuals and managers at all levels.
Ida also functions as a team coach for employees of The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Service (NAV). She is currently doing her masters in Gestalt Therapy.
